We have decades of proven success projects with the most recent being the creation of the IZUMI brand, a modern Japanese restaurant on Royal Caribbean International cruise ships that is now at the 22 opening just in the last 9 years.

Recent projects include working with Sandals and Beaches Resort International 12+ properties in the Caribbean for re-engineering their sushi and teppan restaurants, and partnering with Market Broiler and Blue Water Gill restaurant in establishing 10+ locations.

KAMIYA brings the best caliber of talent and cuisine for our VIP guests and clients that are hosting large or small private events. In our partnership with Patina Restaurant Group at iconic Hollywood Bowl, we catered for 13 seasons including red carpet events in the LA region. With Levy Restaurants, we catered for 5 seasons with the world famous Dodgers for their suites, Dug out Club, and directly in the players’ locker room, delivering on-site high quality sushi. A key off-site event took place with Patina’s catering in Lexington, Kentucky hosting the first U.S. FEI World Equestrian games in 2010 where we served over 1000 guests a night in the horse park under a large VIP tent, serving celebrities, politicians, sheikh, and participants from all over the world.
